 HKX auxiliary hydraulic kits are specifically engineered for most excavator and attachment combinations. With over 1,000 excavator models and 1,500 attachments available, the auxiliary hydraulic system configurations are endless. Knowing the correct fittings, measurements and hydraulic flow and pressure is extremely important for safe and proper attachment performance. As well as having partnerships with many excavator OEMs, HKX has aggressively added to its portfolio of excavator and attachment information, making it the most complete in the industry. In order to make better use of this information, HKX has developed an extensive software database which compares machine specifications to the attachments’ ensuring that the kits we ship will correctly operate the desired attachment.
HKX kits include many innovative components that simplify and reduce installation times. HKX’s bolt-on design uses existing OEM mounting points wherever possible, eliminating the slow and costly job of welding. Boom tubes are pre-formed to follow the existing boom lines. The tubes have a glossy, powder-coated finish that is crack, peel and rust resistant removing the need for painting. For even faster and safer installs, the “plug-in” electrical components come with quick connect wire leads.
To help simplify the installation process, HKX offers methodical packaging, illustrated instructions and technical assistance. Methodical packaging sets the industry standard and is exclusive to our business. Each kit is packaged into four color-coded and numbered groups that follow the installation sequence. This saves significant time in kit inventory and layout as well as installation. The installation instructions have isometric, step-by-step illustrations making installations trouble-free for mechanics of all experience levels. HKX has cultivated and trained a technical staff of hydraulic specialists and knowledgeable salespeople which will assist with ordering, installation and technical guidance.
Many of our standard kits ship within two to four days while some kits are "in-stock". All kits can be cost-effectively shipped by ground or air since the packaging dimensions are designed to meet UPS requirements. All crates and boxes contain individual packing slips and bar coding for easy receiving into your facility. Automatic e-mail notification of shipping is also provided to help you stay on top of those crucial jobs.
