Multi-Function Joystick

HKX's highly configurable joysticks allow complete control of the machine and/or attachments. The joystick buttons can be programmed to perform different functions depending on the attachment in use.

Machine Travel:

Integrating machine travel control into the joysticks allows the operator to control all the primary machine functions simultaneously, while using more precise fine motor skills of the hand. This frees your feet to provide stability and support to the torso, greatly reducing operator fatigue. Travel pedals/levers may be removed completely, increasing floor space while providing an unobstructed forward view, improving productivity and enhancing safety.

Attachment Control:

Thumb slider proportionally controls oil flow enabling precision attachment operation. Quick coupler operation can be integrated into the buttons, eliminating the need for the operator to remove their hands from the joystick, improving cycle times and increasing productivity.

Safety:

The Operator Sensor Control (OSC) terminates machine control when the operator’s hand is removed from the joystick. The built-in sensor technology detects the proximity of the operator’s fingers even through working gloves and can distinguish fingers from other objects of heavier mass (i.e. arm, leg or torso) reducing the chance of accidental machine operation.
